Information Technology Support Analyst

The Information Technology Support Analyst will provide first-line support to users for password resets and account setups. Key responsibilities include delivering first-line technical support to users experiencing issues with hardware, software, and other systems, performing initial diagnostics and troubleshooting to resolve basic technical problems, responding to and managing incoming technical support requests via phone, email, or ticketing systems, conducting basic software installation and configuration, and collaborating with other technical teams to ensure seamless support for end-users.

This is an on-site, full-time position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, requiring a willingness to come to the office at least twice a week. A good level of spoken English is necessary. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or any related field, and must hold Emirati nationality.
