Responsibilities:

• Manage IT infrastructure to meet performance targets and service agreements.
• Lead projects to implement new technologies and adapt to changing business needs.
• Supervise and manage a team of IT technicians.
• Conduct IT audits and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Act as a technical contact for both internal and external partners.
• Manage and provide technical input to projects.
• Provide excellent technical support to a diverse range of users.
• Travel Requirement: Up to 25% of the monthly working days.

What You'll Need:

• Experience in Linux/Unix, Windows system support, and networking (LAN/WAN/Wireless).
• Strong understanding of core internet technologies (Routing, Switching, DNS, etc.).
• Experience supervising a team and leading technical projects.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
