Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements.
- Oversee the integration of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITAM, HRSD, FSM, CSM, GRC, and ITOM.
- Provide technical expertise in ServiceNow Strategic Port Management to optimize project management processes.
- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow solutions.
- Manage the deployment of ServiceNow solutions in the Devices / SPM domain to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in ServiceNow implementations.
- Conduct regular assessments and audits of ServiceNow systems to identify and address potential issues.
- Develop and maintain documentation for ServiceNow configurations and customizations.
- Train and mentor junior team members on ServiceNow best practices and methodologies.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Monitor the performance of ServiceNow systems and implement improvements as needed.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow-related issues.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in ServiceNow Strategic Port Management, ITSM, ITAM, HRSD, FSM, CSM, GRC, and ITOM.
- Domain expertise in Finance & Accounting and Devices / SPM.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven track record of successful ServiceNow implementations.
Certifications Required
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist
