Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, optimize, and secure cloud infrastructure (Azure and other environments)
- Oversee IT Helpdesk operations (IT Tickets and IT Assets)
- Establish wireless workspace (meeting rooms and offices)
- Lead IT service operations, ensuring high availability, performance, and SLA adherence
- Develop and maintain security policies, focusing on Zero Trust principles
- Establish disaster recovery plans and cloud governance practices
- Manage device compliance using Intune and maintain secure endpoints
- Oversee Office 365 services and leverage collaboration tools effectively
- Collaborate with vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships
- Drive infrastructure projects aligned with business needs
- Manage IT infrastructure team and day-to-day operations
- Recruit, train, and lead high-performing IT staff
- Oversee IT infrastructure budget and ensure cost-effectiveness
- Monitor systems performance and generate reports
- Evaluate technology risks and ensure compliance
- Act as the primary escalation point for business issues
- Stay current with technology advances and industry best practices
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud management, and service operations
- Deep expertise in Azure architecture, design, and implementation
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, cloud security, and Zero Trust models
- Experience with hybrid environments and data protection services
- Hands-on experience with Intune for device management and compliance
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and data compliance tools like Microsoft Purview
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proven track record of building productive relationships at all levels
- Relevant certifications (Azure, ITIL, CISSP) preferred
- Effective people management, project management, and problem-solving skills
