Key Responsibilities:
- Audit ongoing product developments to ensure compliance with best practices, governance frameworks, and internal standards.
- Collaborate with product and development teams to embed secure and compliant workflows across CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and infrastructure.
- Review and validate cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments, as well as automated workflows, for security, performance, and resilience.
- Identify gaps in design, configuration, or process, and provide actionable recommendations for remediation.
- Establish and maintain infrastructure and DevOps governance frameworks, standards, and KPIs.
- Work with the Security Architect to align with security policies and regulatory requirements.
- Document audit findings, provide reports to leadership, and recommend improvements for ongoing and future developments.
- Support vendor and partner oversight, ensuring third-party adherence to infrastructure and DevOps standards.
- Comply with QHSE (Quality Health Safety and Environment), Business Continuity, Information Security, Privacy, Risk, Compliance Management, and Governance of Organizations policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in infrastructure architecture, cloud engineering, DevOps, or audit/governance roles, preferably in fintech, regtech, or government domains.
- Hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), on-premise and hybrid infrastructure, CI/CD, automation, and DevOps tooling.
- Proven experience auditing or reviewing vendor and in-house development workflows.
- Familiarity with security, compliance, and operational best practices (ISO, NIST, CIS, PCI-DSS).
- Strong analytical, documentation, and reporting skills.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with product teams, vendors, and leadership.
