Job Description:
The Infrastructure Architect & Capacity Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to support system upgrades, migrations, and new deployments, suggesting improvements to enhance performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
Infrastructure Architecture

  • Design and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, storage, networking, and cloud platforms.
  • Ensure infrastructure solutions are reliable, scalable, and aligned with business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system upgrades, migrations, and new deployments.
  • Recommend improvements to enhance performance, reduce complexity, and increase efficiency.

Capacity Management

  • Monitor system usage and performance to identify current and future capacity needs.
  • Forecast resource requirements based on business growth and usage trends.
  • Work with teams to plan infrastructure scaling and avoid performance bottlenecks.
  • Provide regular reports and insights on capacity status, risks, and recommendations.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure (on-premises and/or cloud environments).
  • Working knowledge of capacity planning and performance monitoring.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure monitoring tools is a plus.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
