About the Job: As an Infrastructure Architect & Capacity Manager, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, and cloud platforms. Your key responsibilities will include: - Infrastructure Architecture: Ensure that infrastructure solutions are reliable, scalable, and aligned with business needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system upgrades, migrations, and new deployments while recommending improvements to enhance performance and efficiency. - Capacity Management: Monitor system usage and performance to identify current and future capacity needs. Forecast resource requirements based on business growth and usage trends, and work with teams to plan infrastructure scaling to avoid performance bottlenecks. Provide regular reports and insights on capacity status, risks, and recommendations. Skills & Qualifications: - A minimum of 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure (on-premises and/or cloud environments). - Working knowledge of capacity planning and performance monitoring. - Strong problem-solving and communication skills. - Familiarity with infrastructure monitoring tools is a plus. - Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
