Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and Implementing Infrastructure Solutions: Plan and implement robust infrastructure solutions aligned with business requirements and industry best practices.
- Ensuring Infrastructure Security and Compliance: Implement policies and procedures to safeguard infrastructure and data from unauthorized access and cyber threats.
- Collaborating with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with various teams to ensure alignment of infrastructure with overall IT strategies.
- Staying Abreast of Technological Advancements: Keep updated with emerging technologies to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Optimizing Infrastructure Performance: Monitor and analyze performance to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Maintain comprehensive documentation of infrastructure designs, configurations, and processes.
- Cost Optimization: Reduce cloud service costs while maintaining or enhancing performance.
Technical Requirements:
- Extensive experience in IT infrastructure design and implementation.
- Extensive experience in cloud-native architectures (Azure, AWS, GCP), with proficiency in AWS preferred.
- Proven experience with designing large-scale, high-performance trading data platforms.
- Expertise in designing and implementing Kubernetes-based infrastructure solutions.
- Familiarity with financial services data workflows.
- Proficient in GitOps tools for infrastructure automation.
- Strong experience in CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (IaC), and monitoring tools.
- Extensive experience in disaster recovery planning.
Education & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred certifications (optional): AWS Solutions Architect Associate, Terraform Associate.
