Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, maintain, and optimize infrastructure and cloud environments (Azure, VMware, Linux, Windows).
- Implement and adhere to network and security best practices within operational environments.
- Administer shared services and cloud frameworks, ensuring performance and reliability.
- Monitor and support operational environments to ensure availability, scalability, and compliance.
- Leverage automation and tools to simplify workloads, improve efficiency, and reduce manual intervention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing projects and operational initiatives.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies to recommend and implement innovative solutions.
- Ensure alignment of day-to-day operations with strategic IT goals and milestones.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Mandatory Certifications (one or more required):
- Microsoft MCSA
- Microsoft Azure Administrator / Architect
- Linux Administration Certification
- Windows Server Certification
- VMware (VCP / DCP)
- Cisco CCNA
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure, cloud, networking, and security best practices.
- Experience working with shared services environments (advantageous).
- Familiarity with VMware / Cloud frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools and scripting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, while driving towards long-term strategic goals.
