The Infrastructure Director role involves delivering Project Management Consultancy (PMC) services across a significant portfolio of high-value mixed-use developments, which are at various stages of the development cycle. This multi-year assignment requires meticulous management through planning, design, procurement, and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advocate for Mace's value of safety and ensure adherence to safety, quality, cost, program, sustainability, and project compliance standards.
- Provide strategic direction by seconding into the client organization, overseeing the management of projects from inception to post-completion while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Lead, manage, and motivate project teams, ensuring proper planning, implementation, and monitoring of project plans.
- Promote Mace's values, manage project budgets, and ensure compliance with organizational and legislative obligations.
- Actively contribute to Mace's culture of diversity and inclusion within the working environment.
Requirements:
- A relevant degree qualification.
- Strong digital knowledge and experience working in the UAE for client approvals.
- Detailed understanding of strategic project planning, infrastructure, and related regulatory requirements.
- Strong communication skills and experience in stakeholder management at a senior level.
- Professional membership in RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE, or equivalent is preferred.
- Substantial experience in project delivery within the consultancy sector and knowledge of sustainability considerations.
