Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic-level leadership, collaborating with clients and project stakeholders on all key project matters.
- Champion safety, well-being, and inclusivity, embedding a culture of care and compliance throughout all project stages.
- Drive governance, performance, and reporting while promoting sustainable practices.
- Embed innovation, sustainability, and service excellence in every stage of delivery.
- Manage projects from inception through design development, contractor procurement, and the construction phase, ensuring alignment with the overall delivery program and agreed milestones.
- Ensure successful delivery of key assignments and defined business areas, providing strategic direction and monitoring delivery in line with the overall vision and objectives.
- Oversee budgets, risks, and sequencing to optimize program outcomes.
- Supervise and mentor teams to foster collaboration and continuous improvement across all project phases.
Qualifications:
- Degree qualification with relevant technical expertise in infrastructure and master planning.
- Proven experience in Dubai and a strong knowledge of RTA, TIS, and infrastructure systems.
- Strong understanding of strategic project planning and master planning, with detailed knowledge of infrastructure.
- Extensive experience in the successful delivery phase of projects and programs within the consultancy sector from all infrastructure perspectives.
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management capabilities, alongside commercial and risk management skills.
