The objective of this position is to execute and deploy the plan related to datacentre infrastructure from the perspective of hardware, software, and network configuration as per business demand. The role is responsible for leading and supervising project implementation related to datacentre and cloud service domains. This position will require advanced understanding and skills in the deployment of containerized solutions such as Kubernetes technology from various solution providers, particularly Redhat. The main focus of this position is to possess strong knowledge of OpenShift and OpenStack solutions from Redhat.

Key Accountabilities
- Managing and overseeing project execution related to data center and cloud service from compute and storage as per business plan and requirement.
- Coordinating with other vertical departments and cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery, followed by handover to operations.
- Managing and supporting the team requirements across different domains, such as creating and managing namespaces for OCP and instances for OSP.
- Supervising all vendor responsibilities and project deployment plans, including project PIP and Change Request (CR) preparations for project rollout.
- Conducting site visits for quality assurance on data center and arranging all access requirements for the team and vendors.
- Participating in all RFP (Requests for Proposals) discussions and technical evaluations to ensure the best solutions and qualified system integrators.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT domain or Computer Science.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in telecom, focusing on data center infrastructure rollout and expansion.
- A minimum of 6 years working consecutively on Redhat OCP and OSP solutions.
Skills
- Advanced understanding of Redhat OCP & OSP.
- Advanced knowledge of data center network fabric and virtualization.
- Advanced understanding of data center compute and storage deployment.
- Excellent communication skills demonstrated through interpersonal, written, and verbal communication.
