Infrastructure Engineer

The company is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to join their IT team in Dubai. In this role, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing technical support to users on IT equipment and peripherals.
• Maintaining configuration details of IT equipment and recommending necessary upgrades.
• Maintaining and administering network-related equipment, including routers and switches.
• Backing up and verifying data of network servers.
• Assisting in IT infrastructure projects, such as office relocations.
• Maintaining and installing security updates to all computers and servers.
• Liaising with telecom vendors for IT-related procurement and support.

What We Are Looking For:

• Computer Engineering Graduate or equivalent.
• Certifications in Network & Security (CCNA).
• Experience in configuring Network Switches, routers, and network printers, along with managing Microsoft and Novell servers.
• At least 2 years of experience in hardware design, management, operation, and maintenance of PCs and network infrastructure, with previous support desk experience as an added benefit.
• Excellent English communication skills; knowledge of any sub-Asian language is a plus.
• Ability to work on multiple projects and meet delivery deadlines.
• UAE Driver’s License.
