The Infrastructure Engineer will supervise a team of operations/technical services professionals, responsible for all aspects of server, networks, storage, backup, infrastructure applications, and other backend services. This role includes technical support across multiple platforms and software packages, problem identification, and resolution.

Responsibilities:
- People Management:
- Oversee a team, guiding and assisting direct reports in daily activities according to established policies and procedures.
- Participate in on-the-job training, mentoring, and coaching.
- Foster team commitment and enthusiasm, particularly during change.
- Prioritize tasks, assign responsibilities, and monitor workflow.
- Review team performance regularly, providing feedback and coaching.
- Support team innovation and improvement initiatives.
- Policy Development:
- Support the creation of policies, standards, and procedures for infrastructure operations.
- Ensure compliance with ISE's policies and best practices.
- Infrastructure Operations:
- Respond to incidents and change requests regarding technical infrastructure.
- Make timely decisions related to infrastructure changes and repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of all configuration items and infrastructure assets.
- Lead service restoration and disaster recovery efforts.
- Reporting and Forecasting:
- Generate problem and service recovery reports, conducting root cause analysis.
- Review technical change requests and availability reports.
Job Requirements:
- A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a similar role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory position.
- Bachelor's degree in IT preferred.
- Relevant IT certifications.
- Knowledge of IT Service Framework.
