We are seeking a skilled Cloud Infrastructure Consultant to support our Data Center Exit and Google Cloud VMware Engine (GCVE) Foundation offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design, development, and continuous improvement of commercial and delivery kits for Data Center Exit and GCVE Foundation offerings.
• Collaborate with Google Product Managers and internal teams to ensure alignment of deliverables.
• Support marketing initiatives to promote cloud expertise through events, blog posts, and other channels.
• Work with consultants, engineers, and project managers to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure cloud infrastructure solutions.
• Remain current on emerging technologies and trends in cloud infrastructure.
• Lead and mentor junior team members where applicable.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in application & cloud migration projects and infrastructure design and operations in VMware, Oracle, OpenStack, or hybrid cloud platforms.
• Proven experience in GCP service architecture, design, and delivery.
• Strong working knowledge of DevOps tools such as GitLab CI, Jenkins, and Terraform.
• Solid understanding of database technologies like PostgreSQL, MySQL, and SQL Server.
• Experience in cloud operations and security, particularly in hybrid environments.
• Deep understanding of security protocols such as OAuth and Active Directory.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Certifications

• Google Cloud certifications: Cloud Digital Leader, Associate Cloud Engineer, Professional Cloud Architect, and others.
• VMware Certified Professional (VCP) is a plus.
