Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end delivery of technology projects, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, QA, infrastructure, DevOps) to define technical requirements and deliverables.
- Manage project plans, risks, dependencies, and budgets across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for technical delivery and status reporting to stakeholders.
- Implement and advocate for agile and DevOps best practices to improve delivery speed and quality.
- Drive resource planning, capacity management, and vendor coordination when needed.
- Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies.
- Continuously identify areas for process improvement and lead the implementation of changes.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in technical project/delivery management or software engineering leadership roles.
- Proven track record of delivering complex IT or software projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), agile methodologies, and DevOps principles.
- Ability to understand and contribute to technical discussions around system architecture, integrations, and performance.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills.
