Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve problems through troubleshooting and basic analysis, escalating issues as appropriate.
- Participate in testing activities, including the creation and execution of basic test scripts.
- Collaborate with team members to accomplish objectives and assess previous experiences to evaluate options for unique situations.
- Communicate ideas and information in a clear and concise manner.
- Appropriately assess risk in business decisions, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and managing control issues transparently.
Qualifications:
- Previous relevant experience preferred.
- Ability to develop projects for designing metrics, analytical tools, benchmarking activities, and best practices.

- Ability to work in virtual and in-person teams and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Knowledge of operational process changes and improvements.
