Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project plans, scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
  • Maintain RAID logs, PMO reporting, dashboards, and stakeholder updates.
  • Own costing, budget planning, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Manage vendor coordination, contracts, delivery milestones, and SLAs.
  • Oversee change, release & cut-over activities for critical infrastructure workloads.
  • Work closely with cross-functional infrastructure teams (compute, storage, network, security).
  • Track tasks and program activities using Jira / Confluence.
  • Ensure compliance with resilience standards, security practices & audit controls.

Required Skills:

  • Experience with data center modernization or migration projects.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure resilience / HA upgrades.
  • Familiarity with enterprise disaster recovery drills & recovery planning.
  • Strong expertise in project governance & reporting, Jira & Confluence, budget & financial management, vendor & contract management.
  • Knowledge of compute, storage, network, backup, and disaster recovery technology stack.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Certifications:

  • PMP / Prince2
  • ITIL Foundation
