Infrastructure Services Manager

The Infrastructure Services Manager will assist in the management and operation of infrastructure services while providing support to the team. This role involves contributing to the implementation of infrastructure strategies and projects, and maintaining the performance and availability of infrastructure systems while troubleshooting issues. The successful candidate will also collaborate with other teams to understand their infrastructure requirements and support design and/or implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Typically, 6+ years of relevant work experience in the industry, with a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role
• Proven experience in infrastructure technology management
• Proficiencies in technical knowledge and teamwork
• A continuous learner who stays abreast of industry knowledge and technology

Other Qualifications

• An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
• Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, or Certified Cloud Practitioner, are a plus
