Infrastructure Support Consultant

We are currently looking for an Infrastructure Support Consultant for our Qatar operations. The role involves managing the implementation, security hardening, and operational oversight of IT infrastructure, including Microsoft technologies, Azure and Google Cloud Services, servers, networks, storage, desktops and laptops, AV, telephony, and M365 services. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.

Role Includes

• Complete project and operational tasks with strict deadlines as assigned by the senior domain administrator.
• Conduct public cloud architecture design reviews and deliver on individual tasks or whole solutions.
• Manage infrastructure in cloud and on-premise environments.
• Perform security hardening and vulnerability management of team-managed systems such as Active Directory and public cloud services.
• Work in a heavily regulated environment.
• Produce technical and non-technical documentation as required by the senior domain administrator.
• Maintain relevant and regular user communication.
