The role holder collaborates with internal teams (e.g., GTU, AI CoE, SEA Sector) and external partners to maintain operational integrity, support special events (e.g., Ramadan, Hajj), and drive process automation.

Job Responsibilities
- Support resolution of physical/digital incidents across network, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure, managing equipment repair/replacement as needed.
- Strategically distribute spare parts based on site criticality, equipment lifecycle, and infrastructure complexity, maintaining minimum inventory at strategic locations.
- Generate monthly reports on incidents, outages, and performance across IT domains via ai core.
- Develop and implement proactive management strategies with detailed procedures, leveraging the company's Brain for predictive insights.
- Conduct regular maintenance for network devices, security systems, and IT infrastructure (physical/software), reorganizing and labeling for efficiency.
- Participate in developing/testing contingency plans and deploy them during disasters/major outages.
- Provision spare parts (including legacy/non-standard items), manage on-premise customer equipment installation, and maintain inventory levels for rapid response.
- Ensure efficient takeover and integration of new network elements, providing expertise during resource takeover activities.
- Provide technical support and spare parts for obsolete/legacy network and IT equipment.
- Manage regular reporting on inventory status and availability via ai core.
- Ensure integrity of power, networking, and computing equipment, supporting updates, upgrades, and changes.
- Manage maintenance and compliance activities to adhere to industry standards.
- Oversee installation, removal, and maintenance of critical operational devices/systems.
- Conduct surveys to optimize IT infrastructure deployment.
- Handle logistics for IT equipment movement and delivery.
- Manage spare parts inventory efficiently, aligning with operational needs and budget constraints.
- Ensure infrastructure readiness for events like Ramadan, Hajj, Eid, and Riyadh Season.
- Support automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Act as operating governance authority for MSP contracts related to Field Operation Center, ensuring SLA compliance via Sirar by the company.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience with at least 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Prior experience in the Telecommunication industry.
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Telecommunications Engineering.
- Additional Education Certifications preferred.
