Infrastructure Support Specialist

About
Responsibilities include providing expert technical support in infrastructure services, responding to complex issues and inquiries. You will assist in the implementation of infrastructure projects and initiatives, executing assigned tasks. Additionally, you will continuously monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure systems to ensure optimal performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Typically, 5+ years of relevant work experience in the industry, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role
• Proven experience in infrastructure technology analysis
• Proficiencies in data analysis and problem-solving
• A continuous learner that stays abreast of industry knowledge and technology

Other Qualifications

• An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
• Relevant certifications, such as Cisco CCNA, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or CompTIA Security+, are a plus
