Key Responsibilities

  • Define, design, and deliver customer-centric digital and service experiences across the SC Ventures portfolio.
  • Shape bold, differentiated venture concepts based on emerging trends in AI, fintech, and digital business models.
  • Validate ideas through prototyping and testing with real users.
  • Apply strong UX, service design, and prototyping skills to create intuitive user experiences.
  • Collaborate with venture leaders, product teams, and senior stakeholders to make high-impact decisions.
  • Ensure alignment between customer needs, business viability, and technical feasibility throughout product development.

Skills and Experience

  • Over 10 years’ experience in product design, UX/UI, and innovation design.
  • Familiarity with AI augmented environments and tools (e.g., Figma, Claude).
  • Proven ability to design customer-facing digital products at scale.
  • Understanding of agile methodologies and cross-functional delivery models.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
