As an Innovation and Venture Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of banking. Reporting to the Head of Innovation and Design, you will define, design, and deliver customer-centric digital experiences across the SC Ventures portfolio. This position requires strong human-centered design and product design expertise to enhance customer outcomes, validate ventures, and ensure product-market fit. You will collaborate with venture CEOs, product leaders, engineers, and senior stakeholders, carrying Director-level accountability and influence. Key Responsibilities: - Proposition Shaping: Develop bold, differentiated venture concepts using emerging trends in AI and fintech. - Proposition Validation: Create prototypes for real user testing to support investment evaluations. - Product Design & Venture Build: Design intuitive user experiences and refine products post-seed investment. - Mindset Adaptation: Operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and demonstrate sound commercial judgment. - Risk Management: Identify and address risk and compliance matters promptly. - Governance and Conduct: Uphold the regulatory framework, ensuring ethical standards and compliance. Skills and Experience Required: - Proven ability to influence, with expertise in UX/UI design and innovation. - Over 10 years of experience in product design, commercialization, and facilitation. - Familiarity with AI tools to enhance product development. - Strong design skills in UX research, interaction design, and prototyping. Qualifications: - Experience in AI-augmented product environments. - Solid understanding of agile product development practices. - Proven ability to articulate design decisions to senior stakeholders.
