As an Innovation Hub Architect, you will be at the forefront of Microsoft innovation, assisting customers in formulating and executing a vision and strategy for their AI transformation. This role involves working closely with the account team and customers to challenge their thinking and help them realize the benefits of our Cloud and AI platforms and AI Business Solutions. You will design impactful, cross-solution architectures that accelerate AI transformation. Your responsibilities include guiding customers through envisioning, prototyping, and solution design, ensuring each engagement aligns with business goals. By overcoming technical blockers and embracing new AI capabilities, you will drive account expansion and measurable ROI. Contributing to the Hub community through storytelling and knowledge sharing will be essential while deepening your expertise in AI workloads and embedding security as a foundational principle in every solution.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
- OR a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field AND 6+ years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience.
- Must be legally authorized to work in UAE.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in structured facilitation and storytelling
- Validated customer experience in requirements capture and business value quantification
- Technical breadth across Microsoft cloud solutions including Azure infrastructure, Azure Developer, Azure data, artificial intelligence, business applications, and security
- Experience in enterprise architectures spanning multiple workloads
- Proven experience in design thinking and problem framing
- Experience as a solutions architect in one or more relevant solution areas: Cloud & AI platform or AI Business Solutions.
