As an Innovation Hub Architect, you will be working at the forefront of Microsoft innovation, helping customers create and implement a vision and strategy for their AI transformation. You will be an integral part of the account team and the customers' AI transformation journey, challenging their ways of thinking and helping them realize and adopt the benefits of our Cloud and AI platforms and AI Business Solutions. You’ll have access to the latest software and hardware, and you’ll be given the time and budget to develop as a globally influential technical leader.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications (RQs):
- 8+ years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 6+ years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
Preferred Qualifications (PQs):
- Structured facilitator and storyteller
- Validated customer experience in requirements capture; prioritization; capturing evidence and impact to quantify business value; issue, risk, and constraint identification
- Technical breadth with intermediate level experience across Microsoft cloud solutions – Azure infrastructure, Azure Developer, Azure data, artificial intelligence, business applications, modern workplace and productivity, security
- Demonstrated experience of enterprise architectures which span multiple workloads
- Proven experience delivering design thinking, 'ideation', or similar context analysis/problem framing
- Experience as a solutions architect or equivalent in Cloud & AI platform or AI Business Solutions
Responsibilities
- Accelerate AI transformation by designing impactful, cross-solution architectures
- Guide customers through envisioning, prototyping, and solution design, ensuring each engagement is rooted in deep discovery and aligned to business goals
- Lead with both technical expertise and business insight, helping customers progress through their AI journey
- Identify opportunities and remove technical blockers to enable measurable ROI and increased solution commitment
- Stay ahead of the curve by embracing new AI capabilities and immersive experiences
- Share compelling customer stories that highlight the value of AI transformation
- Contribute to the Hub community, lead initiatives, and inspire others through storytelling and knowledge sharing
- Deepen technical expertise in AI workloads and embed security as a foundational principle in every solution
