Our network of global Microsoft Innovation Hubs are premium customer-facing facilities built to help enterprise customers accelerate their AI transformation journeys through innovative AI platform solutions. As an Innovation Hub Architect, you will work at the forefront of Microsoft innovation, helping customers create and implement a vision and strategy for their AI transformation. You will be an integral part of the account team and the customers' AI transformation journey, challenging their ways of thinking and helping them realize and adopt the benefits of our Cloud and AI platforms.
Your primary objective will be to accelerate AI transformation by designing impactful, cross-solution architectures. You will guide customers through envisioning, prototyping, and solution design, ensuring that each engagement is aligned with business goals. Success will be reflected in how these engagements drive pipeline growth and account expansion.
You will need to stay ahead of the curve by embracing new AI capabilities and immersive experiences while contributing to the Hub community and leading initiatives. Deepening your expertise in AI workloads and embedding security as a foundational principle in every solution will be critical to your role.

Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field AND 6+ years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Structured facilitator and storyteller with validated customer experience in requirements capture and prioritization
- Intermediate level experience across the full range of Microsoft cloud solutions (Azure infrastructure, Azure Developer, Azure data, artificial intelligence, business applications)
- Demonstrated experience of enterprise architectures which span multiple workloads
- Proven experience in delivering design thinking or similar context analysis/problem framing
- Experience as a solutions architect or equivalent in Cloud & AI platform or AI Business Solutions
