Innovation Hub Senior Specialist

As an Innovation Hub Senior Specialist, you will collaborate closely with the Innovation Hub Manager to ensure the seamless technical operation of the Innovation Hub. You will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the technical demonstrations, coordinating installations of new experiences, and acting as a key liaison between global and local Innovation Hub teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the smooth daily operation and functionality of all technical demonstrations within the Innovation Hub.
• Partner with the Innovation Hub Manager to plan and execute updates, refreshes, and installations of new demonstrations.
• Lead the installation and integration of new attractions and technologies in the Innovation Hub.
• Coordinate with local site teams and IT departments to procure and set up necessary hardware and infrastructure.
• Support the training of Innovation Hub Ambassadors by providing technical guidance and collaborating with the Innovation Hub Manager on training plans.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in technical operations, innovation environments, or technology integration.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proactive, dynamic, and collaborative team player with a passion for innovation.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
