Key Responsibilities
- Drive innovation through research and development activities utilizing emerging technologies.
- Manage and successfully deliver proof of concepts and new business models.
- Communicate with stakeholders to create a well-rounded innovation pipeline aligned with strategic objectives.
- Lead the development of innovation prototypes and coordinate cross-functional activities.
- Initiate and manage projects through all stages to ensure progress and quality.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies and explore new business models.
- Engage with strategic partners to build innovative travel-centric applications.
- Organize and support key innovation events, creating a community of internal developers.
- Ensure lifecycle governance by integrating the incubation and delivery portfolios.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent)
- 8+ years Information Technology experience
- Extensive knowledge of innovation practices and next-generation technologies (AI, Blockchain, AR/VR)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to understand and articulate the potential of new technologies
