As the Innovation Programmes Delivery Manager, you will work within the Accelerator & Innovation Programmes team at NEOM / Oxagon to deliver innovative programmes such as accelerators and support business development efforts with external partners. Your role will involve developing comprehensive strategies for innovation, identifying high-potential startups, managing the delivery of innovation initiatives, ensuring quality assurance for mentorship and programme delivery, and building alliances within the innovation ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, refine, and execute strategies for accelerators and innovation programmes.
- Identify and contract partners for innovation programmes.
- Scout for high-potential startups and manage their selection and onboarding process.
- Coordinate marketing, logistics, and operational support for programme participants.
- Monitor the progress of startups and ensure alignment with NEOM and Oxagon objectives.
- Contribute to shaping team culture and delivering high-performance targets.
Experience & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in innovation programmes, focusing on incubation and acceleration of startups.
- Strong understanding of entrepreneurial innovation ecosystems in Saudi Arabia and abroad.
- Proven leadership and interpersonal skills in building collaborative communities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills in dynamic environments.
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably a Master’s) in Business or related fields.
