Key Responsibilities:

Deploy and Optimize Group & Zone Reporting Solutions:
Participate in the implementation, deployment, and maintenance of global and zone-specific reporting solutions that meet business requirements and provide accurate, timely information. Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather requirements and facilitate the adoption of new reporting tools and dashboards.

Integrate Local Reporting Solutions with Google Cloud Platform (GCP):
Lead efforts to connect local reporting solutions and data sources to our centralized Google Cloud Platform environment. Design and implement data pipelines and integration strategies, ensuring data quality and accessibility.

Animate and Support the Data Community:
Organize training sessions on data tools and reporting solutions, establish data validation processes, and act as a key point of contact for ad-hoc data requests. Promote data literacy across the organization.

Analyze Data and Drive Business Understanding:
Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends and insights that inform strategic business decisions. Develop data visualizations and presentations, and act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or Insights Analyst within a large, international organization.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio).
- Solid experience with SQL and databases.
- Experience with cloud platforms, specifically Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services (e.g., BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataflow), is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
