What Will You Do
- Deliver a world-class service for new and existing clients
- Handle customer needs at their locations for all the company's Services, including RMS, Pay, and Online
- Visit client sites to ensure the quality of services
- Manage location-specific onboarding, installations, training, replacements, and support requests
- Collaborate with other departments on clients' escalated tickets to deliver on-demand support
- Address requests on-demand and within the company's SLA
- Work closely with the outlet team and operations for clients' on-demand and general support requests
What Are We Looking For
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Networking, Computer Information System, or Computer Science
- 0-2 years of experience, preferably with Information Technology / Software and/or Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) products
- Knowledge of software, networking, and POS systems
- Comfortable handling a high volume of requests and calls on our unified number
- Flexible to deliver work outside of normal working hours and public holidays
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify problems and find solutions
- Proficient in both English and Arabic, with confident communication skills
- Good command of MS Office Applications, specifically Excel
- Knowledge of Networking, POS, and ERP systems is a plus
- Experience with escalation ticket handling and CRM is a plus
- A valid driving license and access to a car for business requirements such as installation, site visits, and training requests
