Responsibilities
- Operate as a LV/MV Specialist with protection capability.
- MV troubleshooting, erection, and maintenance of MV products/equipment.
- LV troubleshooting, mechanical retrofit of bus bar modification, erection, maintenance, and testing of LV products/equipment.
- Assist in the preparation of spare parts/retrofit/extension panels and contract execution.
- Interface with customers to clarify technical matters and address issues related to MV/LV products/equipment.
- Program and troubleshoot protection relays (e.g., SEPAM, MICOM & VIP), with knowledge of other manufacturers’ relays as a plus.
- Test and commission MV/LV equipment/products. Perform contract execution for spare parts, retrofitting, extension panels, and maintenance jobs.
- Hands-on experience with the company's products such as MC set, Okken, PIX, GenieEvo, GHA, GMA, and WS.
- Responsible for project delivery and field activities on the customer installed base.
- Execute technical tasks related to asset management offers and project engineering.
- Ensure complex installation, maintenance, and repair on customer installed base.
- Identify new opportunities while visiting customer sites to promote service growth.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer within Services Field domain with a coordination role of job hold.
Qualifications
- Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in installation, mechanical retrofit, testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities.
- Strong communication and interfacing skills.
- Ability to work at site with flexible hours (onshore/offshore).
- Digital proficiency and capacity to meet the company's KPIs.
- ADDC/DEWA approval, if any, is an advantage.
- Mandatory GIS switchgear experience, especially in GHA, GMA, and WS.
- Familiarity with Windows MS Office and associated software related to test equipment and relays, particularly LV specialization software.
