Position

The Integration & Technical Infrastructure Manager (ITIM) will be responsible for executing the company’s project design fitout across data center construction projects in the UAE. Key responsibilities include managing mechanical, electrical, telecoms, security, CSA, and network aspects of the projects. The ITIM will prioritize the company’s health & safety, quality, and ethical standards throughout all project activities.

This role will involve close collaboration with Construction, Commissioning, Engineering, Safety, End-to-End, and Operations teams to ensure the successful delivery of safe, high-quality data center builds in the region. Key competencies encompass aligning delivery strategies, advocating for safe construction practices, coordinating internal resources and external vendors, managing project plans, and addressing risk and compliance elements. The ITIM will also foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

Work Conditions: Hybrid, Full-time, Onsite project management role with travel up to 50% to various data center sites within the UAE and potentially across the wider MEA region.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Significant experience in IT infrastructure and/or construction project management.
  • Proven onsite experience managing data center or mission-critical construction projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience with large-scale enterprise projects, involving both localized and virtual teams.
  • RCDD or equivalent technical accreditation preferred.
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills.
