Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Vocational training or certification in electrical assembly, wiring, or avionics preferred
6–8 years of proven experience in aircraft/UAV electrical integration and harness assembly
Recognized expertise in high-reliability harness fabrication, routing, and installation
Capable of leading teams in electrical integration projects, ensuring compliance with quality standards
Provides technical input to engineers for design-for-installation improvements
Skilled in identifying and resolving non-conformances during installation and test
