What You'll Do
As an Integration Hardware Developer, your key responsibilities will include:
- Building in-house proofs of concept and defining requirements for Hardware, Firmware, and Mechanical engineering teams.
- Leading pilot installations for new asset integrations and providing technical support for integration projects.
- Designing and prototyping harnesses, enclosures, and tooling, as well as assembling and testing units.
- Reverse engineering electrical, hardware, and communications systems and protocols, including CAN, K-Line/ISO9141, VPW/PWM, Single Wire CAN, RS-232, and RS-485.
- Collaborating with OEMs on custom and proprietary data and diagnostics, while investigating third-party device behavior issues.
- Studying new field equipment, maintaining legacy products, and supporting global strategic initiatives which may require up to 25% travel.
What You'll Bring to the Role
To succeed in this position, you should have:
- Experience with vehicle systems, sensors, actuators, control systems, diagnostics, and electrical/communications architecture.
- Hands-on experience with conventional vehicle diagnosis tools such as probing connectors, building harnesses, and testing circuits.
- A technical engineering education in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Computer, Systems Design, Automotive, Industrial, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills alongside excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- Scripting or programming knowledge and PCB or harness design experience are considered strong assets.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and comfort operating in a flat organization, with a willingness to travel up to 25% to global locations.

Compensation
The annual base salary for this position ranges from 250,000 د.إ to 360,000 د.إ AED, depending on skills, qualifications, experience, and location. All employment offers are contingent upon proof of eligibility to work and the ability to pass a background check.
