As an Integration Leader, your technical expertise combined with your leadership skills will be essential in mentoring your team and promoting best practices in integration processes.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the integration strategy in alignment with organizational goals.
- Lead a team of integration engineers, providing guidance and support as they design, develop, and implement integration solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather integration requirements and provide technical direction.
- Monitor integration performance and optimize existing processes to ensure efficiency and reliability.
- Establish best practices for system integration and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders to communicate integration progress and updates.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in integration and assess their applicability to our systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in system integration roles, with a focus on leading teams.
- Proficiency in integration platforms and tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Apache Camel).
- Strong understanding of API management and microservices architecture.
- Experience with data integration and ETL processes.
- Excellent leadership, mentoring, and team-building skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management.
- Relevant certifications in integration or cloud technologies are a plus.
