Integration Leader

BlackStone eIT is seeking an experienced Integration Leader to head our integration initiatives and lead a team of integration engineers. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing the integration strategy that aligns with our business objectives. You will oversee the entire integration lifecycle, from requirements gathering to implementation and support, ensuring that our integration solutions are efficient, scalable, and sustainable.

As an Integration Leader, your technical expertise combined with your leadership skills will be essential in mentoring your team and promoting best practices in integration processes.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the integration strategy in alignment with organizational goals.
• Lead a team of integration engineers, providing guidance and support as they design, develop, and implement integration solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather integration requirements and provide technical direction.
• Monitor integration performance and optimize existing processes to ensure efficiency and reliability.
• Establish best practices for system integration and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders to communicate integration progress and updates.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in integration and assess their applicability to our systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in system integration roles, with a focus on leading teams.
• Proficiency in integration platforms and tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Apache Camel).
• Strong understanding of API management and microservices architecture.
• Experience with data integration and ETL processes.
• Excellent leadership, mentoring, and team-building skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management.
• Relevant certifications in integration or cloud technologies are a plus.
