Integration Manager

We are seeking an Integration Manager with 8 to 10 years of experience in Corporate Channels and ERP integrations, including Host-to-Host, API, SWIFT, ISO20022, and XML. The ideal candidate will possess a strong business orientation to clearly understand user requirements, coupled with robust application functional and architecture knowledge. The focus will be on delivering change while managing applications for stability.

Key responsibilities include:

• Articulating IT benefits through effective oral and written communication skills.
• Understanding encryption keys and SSL certificates.
• Knowledge in OAuth security and data security.
• Proficiency in RESTful services.
• Demonstrating corporate transaction banking domain knowledge, particularly in CIBG functions.
• Facilitating technology solution delivery for the bank while possessing technical skills in Java 8 and above, Oracle Database, Oracle PLSQL, REST services, SOAP web services, Oracle WebLogic, NodeJS, jQuery, and Knockout JS.
• Driving technology strategy for Global Transaction Banking through an expert understanding of industry standards, platforms, and tools.

The candidate should be a high-energy, motivated leader capable of influencing across functions to ensure project completion, and must have previous experience managing a team.
