Integration Manager

About the Job:
The Integration Manager role requires 8 to 10 years of experience in Corporate Channels and ERP integrations, including Host-to-Host, API, SWIFT, ISO20022, XML, and more. The candidate should have a strong business orientation to understand user requirements. A robust application functional and architectural knowledge is essential, with a focus on delivering change and maintaining application stability.

Key qualifications include:

• Good oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate IT benefits.
• Strong understanding of encryption keys and SSL certificates.
• Proficient in OAuth security, data security, RESTful services, and Corporate Transaction Banking domain knowledge.
• Expertise in banking applications and platforms, facilitating technology solution delivery specifically in the Corporate Investment Banking Group (CIBG) function.
• Technical skills required include Java 8 and above, Oracle Database, Oracle PLSQL, REST services, SOAP web services, Oracle WebLogic, Node.js, jQuery, and Knockout.js.
• An expert understanding of industry standards, platforms, and tools to drive technology strategy for Global Transaction Banking.
• A high-energy, motivated leader is preferred, capable of influencing cross-functions to drive projects and key initiatives to completion, with prior experience in managing a team.
