Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage daily operations of integration channels, APIs, middleware, and data exchange workflows.
- Troubleshoot integration-related incidents, identify root causes, and provide timely resolution.
- Support and maintain integration platforms such as ESB, API Gateways, Message Queues, and File Transfer systems.
- Perform configuration updates, deployments, and enhancements for integration components.
- Ensure stable communication between ERP, CRM, mobile apps, payment gateways, and external partners.
- Handle operational tasks such as batch job monitoring, file transfers, event notifications, and system health checks.
- Collaborate with development teams on new integrations, workflow improvements, and bug fixes.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation for integrations, workflows, SOPs, and troubleshooting guides.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across integrated systems.
- Assist in designing and optimizing integration flows, performance tuning, and error-handling processes.
- Coordinate with vendors and third-party providers for advanced issue resolution.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5+ years of experience in integration operations, middleware support, or API operations.
- Strong working experience with:
- ESB platforms: MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, BizTalk, TIBCO, WSO2, etc.
- API Gateways: Kong, Apigee, Azure API Management.
- Message Queues: RabbitMQ, Kafka, MSMQ.
- File exchange protocols: SFTP, FTPS, AS2.
- Solid understanding of REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, and integration patterns.
- Ability to analyze logs, debug integration failures, and perform incident management.
- Familiarity with SQL for basic queries and data validation.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
Language Requirements:
- Fluency in English is preferred.
