About the Role
As Global Integrity Project Engineer, you will support the Global Project Manager for Integrity and Inspection on multiple small-scale projects (about 50) within various Integrity disciplines, including Naval, Mooring, Piping and Pressure Vessels, Fabric Maintenance, Corrosion, Ex, and Topside Structure. Your contributions will be key to ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of project oversight and execution.

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with all team members to gather information required by the Project Manager.
  • Maintain the project organization organigram.
  • Prepare progress reports as required by the Project Manager or directly by the Global Organization (Integrity and Inspection Manager or Leads).
  • Support the Project Manager in communication and reporting across all internal project members and external stakeholders.
  • Assist the Project Manager with the macro-plan by analyzing, maintaining, and tracking the schedule of activities.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards for project tracking and reporting.
  • Organize and attend meetings on behalf of the Integrity Discipline Leads for specific projects or streams, depending on circumstances.
  • Develop routines to control and build the budget for Integrity and Inspection, managing the company's man-hours, third-party expenditures, engineering activities, and subcontract management.
  • Demonstrate experience in Project Controls activities, including reviewing, analyzing, maintaining, and tracking budget and financial forecasts.
  • Be a proven team player capable of working in large, globally operating teams, demonstrating strong communication skills and an understanding of cultural challenges. This position may require international mobility.

Education

  • University degree in a relevant Engineering discipline, preferably naval, piping, or marine.

Experience

  • 2 years of experience in Oil and Gas or related Industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Planning or similar tools, and PowerBI.
  • Familiarity with budgeting control tools (e.g. Business Objects) and ERP systems (e.g. IFS).
  • Strong reporting and analysis capabilities.
