Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy Intellect core, lending, collateral, ARX, integrator, and interface modules based on approved release notes.
- Install Intellect products for new environment setups (SIT, UAT, DEV).
- Set up end-of-day (EOD) environments on Unix platforms and execute them.
- Utilize automation skills including APP Dynamics, Shell Scripting, DB Scripting, and Python.
- Operate and evaluate monitoring tools such as APPD, SIEM, DAM, and MSB.
- Troubleshoot daily application performance metrics, including heap usage, connection leaks, and various threshold metrics (e.g., CPU, Memory, response time).
- Provide timely and effective technical support to Intellect operations and resolve daily issues with minimal disruption.
- Manage change requests related to core applications, infrastructure, security, and compliance, including risk assessment, planning, and implementation.
- Import scan results into a vulnerability management tool, prioritize and track vulnerabilities, and create remediation plans.
- Execute disaster recovery (DR) tasks in collaboration with the Business Continuity Plan (BCP) team.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Sun Solaris 11, including system administration, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Skilled in Oracle (9i, 10g, 11g, 19c) database design, development, and management.
- Experienced with WebLogic (versions 8, 10, 12c), including application server administration and deployment.
- Familiarity with SFTP, Citrix, F5, and Firewall configurations, including secure file transfer and management.
- Strong understanding of SQL with the ability to write efficient queries and manage databases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve application-related IT incidents while ensuring minimal downtime.
