Work Conditions: On-site, Full-time, Shifts (24/7 operational support)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide operational support for Intellect applications on a 24/7 shift basis.
- Deploy Intellect products based on approved release notes and setup new environments (SIT, UAT, DEV).
- Execute Intellect End of Day (EOD) environment setup on Unix platforms.
- Utilize automation skills including APP Dynamics, Shell Scripting, DB Scripting, and Python.
- Monitor application performance metrics, troubleshooting issues such as heap usage, connection leaks, and CPU/memory thresholds.
- Deliver timely technical support to Intellect operations and resolve daily issues efficiently.
- Manage change requests related to core applications, including risk assessment and implementation of changes.
- Import scan results into vulnerability management tools, and manage vulnerabilities with remediation plans.
- Proficient in Sun Solaris 11 for system administration and troubleshooting.
- Skilled in Oracle (9i, 10g, 11g, 19c) for database management.
- Knowledgeable in WebLogic (8, 10, 12c) for application server management.
- Familiar with SFTP, Citrix, F5, firewall, and network configuration.
- Strong SQL skills for writing efficient queries and database management.
- Collaborate with the BCP team for Disaster Recovery (DR) tasks and monthly patching of OS and databases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve IT incidents and ensure minimal downtime.
Language Requirements:
- Proficiency in English is essential.
