What You'll Be Doing:
- Review the scope of engineering work, schedules, and budgets for the assigned project elements, monitoring progress to maintain those schedules and budgets.
- Identify and document changes in scope.
- Assist in determining the scope of procurement work, schedules, and budgets for the assigned projects, monitoring progress to maintain those procurements.
- Assist in bid analysis to help determine supplier availability and capability.
- Coordinate with other personnel from all technical support groups within the company and from third parties.
- Assist the assigned Project Manager in planning, directing, supervising, and controlling the execution of technical, fiscal, and administrative functions of the project or study.
- Ensure client criteria and scope are met.
- Participate regularly in decision-making meetings with the client, design consultant, and contractors.
- Monitor compliance with applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards, and specifications.
- Cooperate and communicate effectively with the project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
- 3+ years of related work experience.
- Proficiency in utilizing CAD and other PC software packages typically associated with engineering.
- Proficiency in using design software and undertaking/reviewing all associated calculations.
- Experience in reviewing third-party designs and coordinating comments for approval.
- Experience working within a multi-discipline team environment.
- Proactive approach to activities and assisting in other disciplines to enhance overall PMO efficiency.
- Proven working experience as a Project Engineer.
- Advanced MS Office skills.
- Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices, and performance standards.
- Project management and supervision skills.
- Decision-making ability and leadership skills.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Saudi Nationals only.
