The Accelerator Program (BAP) offers a 3-6 month internship designed for Early Career talent to gain hands-on experience in the expanding digital assets space. Interns will develop their skills, network with professionals, and gain insights into working within the world's foremost blockchain ecosystem. Responsibilities
- Create, edit, and produce short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts, etc.) that capitalizes on internet trends to drive impressions and engagement
- Harness trending audio, formats, and memes to produce timely video content across platforms
- Work closely across teams to conceptualize and execute video-driven social campaigns
- Collaborate with teams to promote and build the company's brand through video storytelling
- Brainstorm creative ideas, focusing on video-first content for posts and campaigns
- Analyze performance of video content and campaigns, translating findings into actionable recommendations
Requirements
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Strong video creation and editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, After Effects, etc.)
- Ability to independently create memes and short-form videos
- Experience in the video, media, or entertainment industry
- Expertise in the digital media landscape and identifying internet trends
- Exceptional creativity in content ideation, especially for videos
- Minimum commitment of 15 hours per week
