The company is offering graduates the opportunity to join our Riyadh office through a paid, 12-month graduate programme running from August 2026 to July 2027. This programme is designed for ambitious graduates looking to build a career in sports management, combining hands-on experience within a global agency network with the opportunity to work in Saudi Arabia’s growing sports industry.

The programme consists of two six-month rotations:

1. The company (6 months)

   • Gain experience in core services including sponsorship, consultancy, content creation, hospitality, partnership activation, and fan engagement.
   • Support live client briefs, strategic projects, and new business opportunities involving market research and campaign development.

2. The company Sports Analytics (6 months)

   • Practical experience using data to understand audiences and evaluate sponsorship performance.
   • Tasks may include research, data analysis, reporting, and developing insight-led recommendations.
