Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in shadowing and working with individuals across various roles to learn complex skills and company operations, including site experience, product training, and mentorship.
• Demonstrated high technical comprehension with a conceptual and analytical mindset, capable of innovating and improving processes.
• Ability to maintain strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders, with leadership and motivational skills.
• High-level understanding of the company's core values, showing responsibility typically achieving discipline in your role after approximately twelve months.
• Team player who shares information and actively contributes to discussions while also being able to work independently.
• Additional foreign language skills are an advantage.
• Quick learner with the ability to master new areas.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English is required.
