As a Finance professional at the company, your role transcends numbers; it involves providing analytical support, financial modeling, and ensuring compliance with financial controls. You'll act as a key business partner, driving analyses and working closely with various teams, including Retail, Operations, and Marketing, to deliver valuable insights that inform strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary FP&A contact for the International Emerging Stores business.
  • Conduct financial modeling and analytical support, validating financial and operational results for the Consumer business.
  • Ensure high financial control standards and maintain the integrity of data.
  • Lead month-end close activities and planning cycles related to OPEX and headcount.
  • Oversee financials for IES Stores, focusing on OPEX, variance analysis, and tracking recovery plans.
  • Collaborate with finance teams to drive variance analysis.
  • Enhance automation and streamline processes.
  • Manage the entire planning process, ensuring the alignment of assumptions and deliverables.
  • Deliver accurate and insightful financial reports.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency by leveraging global standards.
  • Mentor and develop financial skills within the organization.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in tax, finance, or a related analytical field.
  • 5+ years of finance experience, or a Master's degree with at least 3 years of finance experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 6+ years experience in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Proven ability to analyze data quality and implement corrective actions.
  • Experience mentoring junior finance or business team members.
  • Collaboration experience with senior staff (c-suite).
  • Proficiency with data mining and reporting tools such as SQL, MSAccess, Essbase, or Cognos.
  • Strong application of financial performance indicators (KPIs).
  • An MBA or CPA is highly desirable.
