About the Role
Our organization is seeking an experienced International Payment Business Development Manager to expand our payment business across Europe. This pivotal role focuses on merchant acquisition, payment channel development, and establishing strategic partnerships with Payment Service Providers (PSPs), acquiring banks, and payment institutions. Candidates with established resources in the payment industry and connections within the European market are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand payment business in European markets
- Build and maintain merchant and payment partner relationships
- Develop payment channel resources (including PSPs, acquiring banks, and payout partners)
- Onboard merchants and support payment integration
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Achieve targets for merchant growth and transaction volume
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above (preferably in Finance, Business, or Sales)
- 2–5 years of experience in payment industry business development
- Experience in cross-border payments, PSP, or merchant acquiring
- Existing resources within the payment industry are required
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Outgoing personality with strong networking ability
- Willingness to travel and relocate overseas
Language Requirements
- English (mandatory)
- One additional language preferred (Russian, Ukrainian, Georgian, or Turkish)
