The company is a brokerage specializing in residential and commercial real estate across off-plan and secondary markets in Dubai. With over 7 years of experience in the market, we leverage our market intelligence, developer relationships, and client-focused approach to serve local and international property buyers.

Responsibilities

• Utilize real estate and luxury sales experience to generate leads and close transactions.
• Convert leads into viewings and completed transactions effectively.
• Foster and maintain relationships with clients, especially international clients, investors, or overseas buyers.
• Engage in sales and negotiation to achieve targets and enhance client satisfaction.
• Communicate confidently and proactively, demonstrating a target-driven approach.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate or luxury sales.
• Previous experience with a Dubai brokerage is preferred.
• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in an additional European language (German, French, Italian, or Romanian) is preferred.
• Proven ability to build client relationships and close deals.
• Valid UAE driving license is required.
